Blossom Scrunchie - Lavender Heart Tulle

The Blossom Scrunchie is not your typical scrunchie.
It's a hair accessory designed to sit over your ponytail or bun as it is not meant to be twist like a typical hair tie.
Each layer of the Blossom Scrunchie is carefully heat cut by hand to form each "petal."
-Each scrunchie measures at approximately 8" in diameter (unstretched).
