Hi! I'm Kathy - the founder and designer of Kathy C Vang (KCV). After a decade of designing, I finally gave into my heart and started my brand. From working with other brands, I saw so many people passionately turning ideas into reality, but, I also saw the level of waste. KCV was created in New York City from the desire to live in a more sustainable and ethical world by decreasing excess waste through a made-to-order approach, using local ethical manufacturers in New York City (including myself - I'm heavily involved from start to finish), using sustainable or ethically sourced materials, and introducing people to a place where slow fashion becomes the norm. Each step of the process is infused with eco-friendly approaches. The end result is to prove that fashion and sustainability can co-exist.
