Founded in 2021, Kathy C Vang (KCV) is a New York-based womenswear label created by Hmong-American fashion designer Kathy C Vang. Rooted in the belief that clothing should hold meaning, KCV approaches design as a way of visually telling stories where texture, movement, craftsmanship, and emotion come together with intention.

Guided by her philosophy, “Storytelling in Every Detail,” the brand creates made-to-order garments defined by romantic details, sculptural silhouettes, and a balance between softness and structure. Existing in the space between dreamlike expression and modern wearability, KCV designs pieces that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

In the same year of its founding, Kathy earned recognition as an “Ones to Watch” designer following her debut runway presentation, City of Blossoms, a collection inspired by the beauty of Spring unfolding within the city. Since then, the brand has appeared in publications including Tatler and Fashion Magazine NYC, continuing to establish its voice.

Based and made in New York City, KCV embraces intentional craftsmanship and thoughtful design, creating looks inspired by emotion, memory, atmosphere, and movement. Each piece is made to feel personal, whether it is a wardrobe staple or something more extravagant.
