Fabrics used by KCV are special and limited. In the case that you purchase an Out-of-Stock garment, you will simply be notified and refunded.
You will have a 24-hour window from the purchasing time to fully cancel your order. Any cancellations past the 24 hour mark will result in a flat -$50 restocking fee (standard and made-to-order).
REFUND (STANDARD SIZING):
Unworn/Unwashed standard-sized garment(s) are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of receiving garment(s). Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued along with a -$50 flat restocking fee.
No refunds for Made-to-Order. Offering a custom sizing option (recommended over standard-sizing) and made-to-order approach, everything is made to fit you upon order. The goal is to provide fashionable and sustainable clothes. Buy what you can commit to, triple check your measurements, or let the product sit in the cart for a while and see if you would still like to own it.
EXCHANGE (STANDARD SIZING):
Simply email which size you'd like to exchange for, send the unworn product back within 10 days, and your new one will be processed upon receiving it back. If you'd like to exchange for a made-to-order, update your measurements on "My Account," and leave a note at the end of the measurement form that you'd like to exchange to a Made-to-Order.
Please re-measure yourself before re-submitting measurements. Once garment is shipped back, the process will restart to send you a new one.
It takes about 4 weeks from purchase date to receive your order. Please plan ahead if you have a deadline. Expedited production is currently not an option.
WHAT HAPPENS TO EXCHANGED GARMENTS? IT DEPENDS.
Done with the garment? Email KCV for an address to ship it back. KCV will recycle/upcycle/repair/donate it.
